HelpMum will endeavour to make the Mobile Application and website available but cannot guarantee the operation of the site without interruption which can be a result of system failure, maintenance, repair or any other reason beyond our control. In case of such an occurrence, you must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site or hack, tamper or circumvent the security of the site.
To Access some sections of the Mobile Application, the HelpMum Vaccination tracker might request that you create a username or password. HelpMum retains all rights to title and interest in the Content available via the Web Site, the Web Site’s look and feels the designs, trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Web Site, and the Web Site URLs. All titles and interests are protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws.
11. SAFEGUARDING THE GENERAL TERMS AND/OR CONDITIONS
Should one of the stipulations of these General Terms and/or Conditions be declared null and/or non-operational, the rest of the General Terms and Conditions will continue to subsist and govern the terms of the license granted to the user. HelpMum undertakes to substitute the stipulation affected by the nullity, bringing it into line as far as possible with the intention originally sought by the parties.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These General Terms and/or Conditions are governed by the Laws of Nigeria. For the resolution of any dispute arising with respect to its validity, execution, fulfilment or resolution, either total or partial, the user expressly waives any specific laws of its own jurisdiction. The user irrevocably agrees that all disputes emanating from these terms shall be resolved by mediation only. These terms shall give no rise to any legal actions now or in the future by the user. The language of the mediation shall be English. Notwithstanding the above HelpMum reserves the right to take any legal action and or steps to remedy any breach which may accrue under these terms or any other license issued to the User.
13. RIGHT TO USE CUSTOMER DATA
You hereby grant HelpMum Vaccination tracker permission and right to use all data and or information, supplied by you on this platform in any way meaningful and we may disclose same without prejudice to any other lawful purposes as the circumstance may demand from time to time including, but not limited to use on our website, in customer listings, in interviews and in press releases.
14. REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES

15. INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold HelpMum its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of this Agreement.
